Refund policy

Ask for a refund in Client Intake or through your Whop membership if any of the following is true:

• We have not sent the written report within 5 business days of a complete intake.
• Required materials are missing and we cannot complete the audit.
• You request a refund before we start the review.

Once the written report has been delivered, the fee is earned unless the report was not the service described on this site.
